Create an account and sign in

Download the app​

RideBase is available for free on iOS and Android:

Registration​

  1. Open the app and tap Create account
  2. Enter your First name / Nickname — the last name is optional
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Choose a password (at least 8 characters, 1 letter, 1 number) and repeat it
  5. Tap Register

By registering you accept the terms of service — you can view both documents directly on the registration screen.

Confirm your email address​

After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email. Open the email and click the confirmation link to complete your registration. Only then can you sign in.

  • The confirmation link is valid for 24 hours.
  • Didn't get an email? Check your spam folder or tap Resend email. :::

Signing in​

On the login screen, enter your email and password and tap Sign in. On your first login, RideBase automatically creates a demo vehicle and shows you a short app tour.

Forgot your password?​

  1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email address and tap Send reset link
  3. Open the link in the email and set a new password

  • The reset link is valid for 1 hour.
  • The email comes from noreply@ridebase.app — check your spam folder if in doubt.

Using multiple devices​

Your data lives in your RideBase account and syncs automatically. Just sign in on every device with the same credentials — vehicles, trips, and entries are up to date everywhere.

In the web portal​

Registration and sign-in also work in your browser at web.ridebase.app — with the same credentials as in the app. Learn more under RideBase in the browser.
