The vehicle view

Tap a vehicle on the home screen and the vehicle view opens — the hub for everything about that vehicle, organized into tabs.
The tabs at a glance​

| Timeline | all events in chronological order: trips, fuel stops, service, odometer readings, documents, component mounts. Filterable by entry type. |
| Service Plans | maintenance intervals with a due-date traffic light — details under Service plans. |
| Statistics | evaluations of mileage and costs — details under Statistics. |
| Components | wear parts like tires or chains, mounted or in storage — details under Components. |
| Leasing | only appears for leased vehicles: contract details and mileage limit at a glance. |
| Files | all of the vehicle's documents and photos in one place — details under Documents & files. |

Adding entries​
Via the "+" button ("Add Entry") you record things right on the vehicle:
- "Trip" — record a new trip
- "Odometer" or "Operating Hours" — see Odometer readings
- "Refuel" — see Fuel entries
- "Service/Maintenance" — see Service entries
- "Document / Photo" — see Documents & files
Which entries are offered depends on the vehicle type — a bicycle has no fuel entry, for example.
Editing a vehicle​
The gear icon at the top right opens the vehicle settings ("Edit Vehicle"):
- Profile picture — tap the vehicle image and choose "Camera" or "Gallery"
- "Emergency Pass" — insurance, breakdown service, workshop (details)
- "Basic Data" — name, license plate, fuel types, etc.
- "Status" — vehicle active/inactive and seasonal break (details)
- "Organisation" — assign the vehicle to an organisation as a company car (details)
- "Sharing" — share the vehicle with other users (details)
- "Notifications" — control notifications for this vehicle
- "Write NFC Tag" — start a trip for this vehicle via NFC
- "Bluetooth Assignment" — automatically assign detected trips to this vehicle (details)
:::tip Company car Already when adding the vehicle, you can pick "Company car" ("Provided by employer") as the acquisition type in the "Details" step; via "Organisation" you additionally assign the vehicle to your company. :::
Deleting or leaving a vehicle​
At the very bottom of the vehicle settings:
- "Delete Vehicle" (your own vehicles) — permanently removes the vehicle including all trips and events. You'll have to confirm the safety prompt.
- "Leave Vehicle" (vehicles shared with you) — you lose access, the owner's data remains untouched.
In the web portal​
The vehicle view in the web portal has the same tabs Übersicht, Timeline, Servicepläne, Statistiken, Komponenten und Dateien (overview, timeline, service plans, statistics, components, and files — without a separate leasing tab) as well as the "Eintrag hinzufügen" (add entry) button. "Fahrzeug bearbeiten" (edit vehicle) is there too — with emergency pass, basic data, status, organisation, sharing, notifications, and delete/leave vehicle. NFC and Bluetooth features are app-only.
