Workshop settings

Under "Einstellungen" (settings) you maintain your workshop's business details and define which vehicles you service. Only the "Inhaber" (owner) and "Werkstattleiter" (workshop manager) can edit them — all other roles see the page with the note "Nur Ansicht" (view only) (see Team & roles).

Business details​

Your workshop's name, address, and contact details are visible to customers — when they scan your QR code and in the app's workshop search:

  • "Name der Werkstatt" (workshop name)
  • "Straße & Hausnummer" (street & number), "PLZ" (postal code), "Ort" (city)
  • "Telefon" (phone), "Website"
  • "Firmen-E-Mail" (company email)

Apply your changes with "Speichern" (save).

The logo appears for customers in the workshop preview and in the search:

  1. In the "Stammdaten" (business details) section, click "Logo hochladen" (upload logo)
  2. Choose an image file (JPG, PNG, or WebP, max. 5 MB)

Via "Entfernen" (remove) you can delete the logo again — a placeholder with the workshop's initials is then shown.

Supported vehicles​

Here you define which vehicle types, makes, and models your workshop services. In the workshop search, customers can see whether their vehicle matches your profile.

Here's how the selection works:

  1. Add a type via "Fahrzeugtyp hinzufügen…" (add vehicle type) — e.g. motorcycle or bicycle
  2. For each type, choose "Alle Hersteller" (all makes) or "Bestimmte Hersteller" (specific makes — via "Hersteller hinzufügen…", add make)
  3. For each make, choose "Alle Modelle" (all models) or "Bestimmte Modelle" (specific models — via "Modell hinzufügen…", add model)
  4. Click "Speichern" (save)

:::info No selection = no restriction If you leave the list completely empty, your workshop counts as a match for all vehicles. :::

What the selection does for customers​

  • In the app's workshop search, customers can use the Only matching toggle to filter for workshops that service their vehicle type; matches show the "Suitable for your vehicle" badge
  • When scanning your QR code with a vehicle that doesn't match your profile, the customer sees a warning — sharing is still possible

By the way, you can already make this selection when applying for your workshop and change it here at any time.
